EVERYBODY'S THEATRE.

The management of Everybody's Theatre has been fortunate in securing " The [Voice from th» Minaret " after its successful week at the Empress Theatre. A story of the Orient and desert, it holds one spellbound through its beauty and dramatic power. It relates the adventurous romance of the wife of a nobleman and a youth from England, travelling on a pilgrimage through the deserts, and whoso love transcends obstacles and difficulties. They are ultimately saved from folly by the " voice from the Minaret," but eventually love triumphs, and a thrilling story is brought to a logical and happy ending. An added attraction at the night sessions will be the appearance of the great Cavelli, direct from London, and now making his first New Zealand appearance. Cavelli appeared at Drury Lane last season on the same bill as Wilkie Bard. He ie a very versatile artist, and opens with something that has never been shown here before, an original act of his own entitled " Coloured Shadowgraphy," a clever, unique, and amusing entertainment. On Saturday at the matinee Cavelli will give a special^ Punch and Judy show for the benefit of the children. The other feature is "Boys will be Boys," adapted from the story, by Irwin S. Cobb and starring Will Rogers. Will Rogers as! I'eep o' Day doesn't exactly become a boy again, for his hair remains grizzled andjiis figure bent, but he lives the boyhood he never had.
