Tins message i s probably not so important as its arrival after the reports of the recent failure of the Imperial wireless scheme to make progress might suggest. It is practically a- repetition of a report cabled from London in July It wa s then announced by the Postmasterbeneral, in the House of Commons, that the Post Office had purchased 800 acres of land hear Rugby as the site for a high-power wireless station, at a total dost of £50,000.
