SEEK SANCTIONS FOR EARLIER CRIME.

Owing to not receiving satisfaction from Germany in respect of the murder of the Belgian lieute-nant,, Graff, by a bomb explosion in January last, the Belgian Government has warned Germany that, failing {JfbTnpt Compensation, the sanctions will be carried out in occupied German territory.
