LODGE MEETINGS
The Tura Tora Lodge, No. 3, U.A.---0.8., N.Z.C:, held its weekly meeting in the Druids' Hall, Tory street, on Wednesday. Bro. 0. Richardson was elected P.P., and after briefly thanking the lodge, installed the following officers-— Bro. T. Wilmot, H. 8.; Bro. Walshaw, CM.; Bro. Rosenberg, M.C.; Bro P Stratford, C.Ty.; Bro. T. Wallace, C.R ] Bro. G. Ritson, C.W.; Bro. Short, CO. Musical items were rendered by Bros Keen, M'Donald, Moody, Wilkins, and Stewart. Bro. Gledding presided at the piano.
«At the fortnightly meeting of the G.U.0.0.F., Petone Pioneer Branch No. o, the membership was increased by the initiation? of three/new members. Bro. Taylor was accorded a vote of thanks in recognition of his services in connection With the Labour Day . carnival The lodge was closed'by Bro. Edwards/N.G.
