■ It is understood that the Crown Prosecutor has under consideration the question of applying for a change of venue in the cases against officers of the Repatriation Department. The third trial of Frank Victor Herbert Coull is fixed to commence on Monday morning, and it is considered quite probable that Mr Justice Reed will be asked by the Crowii to make an order for the removal of the case to another centre for hearing.
