(AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) NEW YORK, 2nd Novembsr. -Ihe Uoodyear Rubber Company has announced that it has purchased from the German Zeppelin Company the right to construct Zeppelins in the United States. It is understood that the Goodyear Company contemplates bunging a corps of experienced German builders, designers, and engineers from the Zeppelin factories at Friedrichsnaven to Akron, Ohio, where plant will be erected for the purpose of making the United States a lame producer of the rigid type of airship for military and commercial uses The Goodyear Company is making arrangements for the War Department's cV °FT Hln • the soheme > wh'<* includes the right to manufacture all engines, machinery, and auxiliaries me price is not announced, but it is said to be the highest in the history ot international aviation.
