The Employers' Federation, as a coun-ter-move to a strike at the sawmills and tobacco and chocolate works, proclaimed, a lock-out in the paper industry, coinprising 160,000 men, from 25th November, The federation is prepared to extend the lock-out unless the strikers cancel the demand for increased wages.
