MR. BALDWIN'S CAMPAIGN
LONDON, Ist November. The 'Morning Post's" political correspondent says that Mr. Baldwin will leave on Friday for Manchester to speak to a great meeting in the Free Trade Hall. His speech at Swansea has given great satisfaction to. Conservative politicians, who are delighted with his quiet and logical development of policy. Opinion saems to be hardening in favour of a comparatively early dissolution.
