SIMPLE BANKING DEVICE.
(REUTERS TELEGRAM.) (Received 2nd November, 2 p.m.) ' BEBLIN, Ist November. A new currency regulation instructs the banks to cancel the last six figures on all accounts. Thus the new unit will be equivalent to a million marks. One reason adduced, for the change is that the columns of bank books are not large enough to accommodate the string of roughts.
