NEW ZEALAND'S SYMPATHY
The Governor-General (Viscount Jellicoe) yesterday sent the following message to the Secretary of State for the Colonies in connection with the death of tfie Right Hon. A. Bonar Law:—"New Zealand Government and I have learned with the deepest, regret of the death of Sir. Bonar Law, whose services to the Empire have been of such exceeding value, and whose end we fear has been hastened by his devotion to the Empire's cause. Will you please convey to the members of his family the deep sympathy felt by all in New Zealand.— (Signed) Jellico'e." A motion of regret at the death of Mr. A. Bonar Law was recorded at yesterday's meeting of the Council of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce.
