LABOUR CARNIVAL
♦ -T£ocal Labourites are holding a carnivp ,1 and sale, of work to-morrow and Saturday, in the Skating Rink. A monster programme has been arranged, and there will be a number of stalls well stocked with good things, of which the U(ii<j3 will be in charge. A spider's w. tb fa in course- of erection. It will be tf; Towelled on the Saturday evening, w. kan. all can take part in the fun and exjci.tement. On Saturday afternoon a cl lij dren's plain and fancy dress danco will be held, good prizes being awajded i< « successful competitors. For Friday a p»d Saturday evenings a fancy dress eartH al and confetti battle have'been arraf iged. There will be good prizes, and glm pd music supplied by the Dixie Boys' 3a zz Bamd. Everything is to be carr« jd out on carnival lines, and fun and i.y nusement will •be the keynote. Mr. . Foe.
