PERTH. This Day. The annual conference rif the, Provincial Press of Australia adopted a resolution affirming the principle of preference to British newsprint, the duty on, which should be fixed at £2 per ton. It also resolved that each provincial paper should publish in some conspicuous part of the paper the motto/ "Australia First.*'
