LONDON, 29th October. The situation as viewed from Berlin is developing favourably for the Government. The Separatists were ejected from Munchen-Glaobach, Neuss, Preum. and elsewhere, but advices from Coblenz announce the proclamation of the republic at Worms and other minor centres.
