In the list of divorce cases published m "Ihe Post" n Saturday, it was stated that Robert Henry Ker was proceeding against Alice Maud Mary Ker for restitution of. conjugal rights. It should also have been stated that the wife has filed a cross-petition against the husband oil the ground of alleged adultery.
