REORGANISATION PLANNED.

ROME. 14th October. The Grand Council df the Fascist Party has adopted a /scheme of reorgan-i ißation under which the supreme leader* ship of the party is entrusted to a na-> tional directory of five members, to b*s chosen by Signor Mussolini from a list* proposed by the National Council of then 1. party to. be held in Rome on 12th Jaii-i' vary. This council will be constituted? by the provincial secretaries nominated^ by a Congress of Provincial Federations,*', and subject to the approval of Signor* Sfussolini. Meanwhile a provisional aav tional directory has been formed.
