Speaking to the garrison at Fermanagh, Sir James Craig said he had made arrangements that if they were attacked and required the assistance of the British Army they would get it. The great strength of Ulster lay in the fact that no matter how the personnel of the British Government might change, Ulster Would never be deprived of assistance when she required it.
