TWENTY ARRESTED.

DELHI, 14th October. The president and nineteen members of the Sikh Shrines Reform Committee at Amrit6ar have been arrested under the orders of the Punjaub Government on charges of sedition and conspiracy in connection with the activities of the Akali tribesmen over the Nabha State succession agitation. More arrests are imminent. The police seized the committee's newspaper office and plant.
