SYDNEY, 2nd October. Alfred Heaydon, who was committed for trial in-'connection with the Coogee mystery, was discharged on the count of harbouring Mary Hughes (or Taylor).

Fragments of human bones were found buried in a garage in the suburb of Glebe. The Coroner found that they were part of the body of Mrs. .Heaydon, who had disappeared, and that' Mrs. Heaydon had been murdered by Mrs. Taylor, since dead. He committed Heaydon for trial on a. charge of being an accessory before the fact.
