ANTINOTTS ARRIVES FROM FRANCE.

2.30 p.m. yesterday from Dunkirk and Maraailiet via Panama. Pratique was granted, and the vessel berthed at 5.15 p.m. at the Glasgow Wharf to discharge general cargo and to replenish bunkers. The Antinous sailed from Dunkirk on the 17th July from Marseines on the 7th August. A fine weather passage brought the vessel to Fort de France (West Indies) on the 22nd August. The voyage was resumed the same day, and the Antinous arrived at Colon on the 20& August, -where bunkers were replenished. She sailed from Colon on the 29th August, passing through the Panama Canal on the same day. Papeete was reached on the 17th September. Cargo was discharged at Papeete, and the vessel sailed on {he 21st September for Wellington. Perfect weather conditions were experienced until the Antinous was tbreo days' steaming from Wellington, when a strong southerly wind and moderate seas were encountered. **"> vessel brought only one passenger for Wellington, and thirty-four for Noumea (New Caledonia). Captain L. Girard is in command of the Antinous. formerly the Wachtfels, a German cargo steamer, the Antinous was built in 1913 by the Flensburg Shipbuilding Company, Flensburg, on the east coast of Schleswig-Holstein, and was engined by the same company • Her principal dimensions are : 5809 tOHB gross, 3627 tons net; length, 419 ft; beam, 62ft; depth. 29ft. She has only recently been converted into a passenger vessel. . The Antinous will leave Wellington on Friday for Noumea, Papeete, and Panama, en route to France. Messrs. THE ZEALANDIC.

The Shaw,' Sayill steamer Zealandic is due at Wellington to-morrow from Auckland to continue discharge of Liverpool cargo. She leaves here on Tuesday next fur Lyttelton and. Port Chalmers to complete discharge. The vessel will later proceed to Australia for loading.
