PLAYERS- VfSIT EASTBOURNE
Members of the two teams, accompanied by Messrs. S. S. Dean, AY. Hornig, and E. Wylie, members of the New.Zealand.lJnipn, and.Mr.. H. Bosward, manager of the visiting " team'; journeyed across the Harbour yesterday, spending the d"ay in playing tennis and .cricket on the Eastbourne Recreation Ground. Din- ; ncr and afternoon tea were served in the pavilion and attended by a number of , interested followers, as well as by members of the two teams. The Petone' ( Ba-nd dispensed music during the afternoon, But-showery weather, with a cold northerly wind,, spoilt the day's outing to a great extent.
