LONDON, 3rd September. . The "Daily Express" correspondent at Constantinople reports that Mr. A. T. Waugh, the British Consul-General, who is over 60 years of age, swam across the Dardanelles from Abash to a point north of JSfagara, a distance of V s miles, sikl broke the Ai'mv record by 20 minutes.
