BLAME PLACED ON GREEK SOLDIERS
A QUARRELSOME GENERAL.

Ihe .Daily Chronicle's" Rome correspondent says /that according to evidence collected on the spot by tho Italian consul at Valona, the massacre was organised by General Botzaris, and committed by a platoon of Greek soldiers. It is alleged that a few clays' before the murder General Botzaris removed some of the boundary marks placed by General TeUim's orders. When the "latter remonstrated and ordered their replacement General Botzaris lost his temper and flourished a revolver at tho Italian who severely, reprimanded him, saying the action was not that of an officer but that of a brigand.
