NEW ZEALAND DEFEAT VICTORIA

MELBOURNE 26th August. .V New Zealand defeated Victoria at hockey by 2 goals to nil. The scorers were Boyd and Watts! A brilliant defence was made by Hanson and Perrin. Victoria's best players were Feircinger (goalie), Connor, and Thwaites. It was a very fast game. ;
