The Maori Birthday League had a membership of 136. . The ordinary collections showed an increase largely due to the fact that a number of members had adopted the envelope system of giving: The total revenue amounted to £1071, and of this amount £126 was devoted to outside objects. A vote of thanks was passed to all workers, arid great appreciation of the loyal and untiring work of the Eev. and Mrs. Shirer was expressed.
