This vindication of the pepple's willingness to. learn practical heajth rules, and of "the usb. of. Health Week as an ' instrument for that purpose, .v.has ■' the authority ■ of. the British <Health. Week ..organisation- „ ''...-..'. :.'■■' •:•■ . A health campaign, of course, needs people who are active, as well as people who are receptive. You can get no more out of: a ?movement than you put into it. There is ,a cry for workers :for the Wellington Health Campaign, . which holds its Health Week at ■ the beginning of' October, ' ■>-. ,• Everything is .well forward for the meeting of the Districts' Control Committee in the Town Hall: No.'2 : Committee Room^ on Monday next, at 5 p.m. As this meeting is of special interest to all the various, associations (progreeiive and municipal) it is hoped that each of them will send its two delegates .along. Last year excellent work, was done by the Districts'; ■ Control: Committee, and the chairman.(Mr. Mabin) hopes to make a.still.bigger 'success/.this year.'
