EXPECTED AT ANGORA.
CONSTANTINOPLE, 11th Aug. Deputies met at Angora and elected &.emal Pasha a s candidate for the Presidency of.the Assembly, and Fethi Bey.as candidate for the Premiership. The "Assembly will meet on Saturday After an important speech by Kemal'Pasha/ it will proceed in the matter,of the formal election of President, It is expected that one of the first acts of the Assembly will be to proclaim Turkey a republic. '■
