The Practice Court, on the petition of the British-Australian" Wool Realisation Association, has agreed to a reduction of the capital from £19,075,979, divided into 13,151,959 pound shares and 11,848,----041 ten shilling shares, to £13,744,361 sterling, by returning to holders of 10s shares nine shillings a share.
