LONDON, 10th August. An important commercial mission, headed by Mr. Frederick' L. Baldwin, a cousin of th e British Prime Minister, and chairman of Becos Traders, Ltd., vAich .is an association of eighty engineering firms farmed before the war to develop trade with Russia, is hoping t-o conclude definite business with the Soviet Government, which is facilitating the tour in every way.
