KRUPP'S SENTENCE
APPEAL DISMISSED,
PARIS, 10th August. The Court of Cassation has dismissed appeals by Herr Krupp yon Bohlen and his iellow-directors of the Krupp firm who were sentenced at Dusseldorf on Bth May to long terms of imprisonment m connection with charges of inciting public» disorder and conspiring against French troops, in consequence of a riot at the Krupp works on 31st March, when workmen were mobilised by the sounding of sirens and a French infantry detachment fired on them.
