They are telling in Moscow a good story of a profiteer who sat in the best restaurant guzzling away regardless of expense. "How can you gorge yourself .Ijke that," asked a friend, "when so mßiy millions are starving on the Volga?" The profiteer took his knife from his mouth. "Steady on," he protested, "you know what Soviet millions are."
