CERCLE LITTERAIRE FRANCAIS
/A party of French visitors from the La Marseillaise reinforced an excellent attendance of members at the reunion of the tcrcic fcrancais. The Misses Smythson were in charge of the programme, which commenced with a literary paper by Mr. P. W. Christian. This was followed with the reading of a comedy, in which Miss. C. fcimythson and Mr L C Maiming took the parts. After an interval for refreshments and conversation a lively and successful performance of the amusing comedy "Jtpsalio" was "iven The roles weVe undertaken by Mme' Dechanet-M'lntosh, Miss Hind, and Professor Eoyd Wilson., and concluded a good programme.
