The "New York Herald" foreshadows an early meeting between M. Poincave and Lord Curzon to discuss a formula under which the amount of reparations should be settled by concessions from Britain in relation to the inter-Allied debt. Lord Derby and Lord Robert Cecil had lengthy interviews with President Millerand at the week-end concerning the Ruhr and reparations.
