RELIEF RECOMMENDED.
WASHINGTON, 4th Aegust. The newspapers throughout the nation have begun an editorial agitation that Congress should take steps to relieve the chief executive of a portion of the burdens of office. The editorials stress the fact that, the growth of the nation has made the volume of business which the President must attend to personally beyond the physical capacity of one man, and quote as an example of its results the illness of Mr. Wilsdh.
