NEW YORK, 4th August. Following the attending physicians' statement about Mr. Harding's "state of health, there is universal surprise that the late President was permitted to make the recent tours. The ddctOrs state that Mr. Harding has for years suffered from arterial sclerosis, enlarged heart, and defective kidneys, with frequent acute gastric, and intestinal trouble.
