DUNEDIN, This Day. The Boxing Council having granted the Christchurch Sports Club permission to stage the M'Cleary-Heeney contest for the heavyweight championship, M'Quarrie ha 6 instructed his solicitor to proceed with an application for an injunction. This arises out of trouble over the M'Cleary-M'Quarrie fight.
