BELGIAN OPINION
PUBLICATION OF NOTE.
(Received 4th August, 11 a.m.)
BRUSSELS, 3rd August.' The Government will probably publish the Note to Britain simultaneously in London, Paris, and Brussels, but the date has not been fixed.
The Belgian Government deprecates publication at present. It considers that negotiations are still possible, and it will pursue its efforts to arrive at an agreement.
