SYNOPSIS OF LAST 24 HOURS.
Atmospheric pressure has decreased steadily everywhere, and freshening easterly to northerly winds have prevailed. Cloudy and unsettled weather has overspread the country and rain was reported this morning in many parts,-with milder temperatures.
