A return showing the landed cost of tea in parcels of over 51b at'various ports in New Zealand was furnished to tlie House of .Representatives last' evening. It showed nrices as follows :—lnvercargill, Is Oid; Wellington, Is '2ia; Auckland, Is 3d; Lyttelton, In 4d; Dunedin, Is 4|d; Patea. Is 7d, On the other hand India ' tea landed' in Taranaki at IDa as compared with Is 6d at Tiniaru Java tea was landed cheapest at Wellington and dearest on the West Coast. '■ J
