(AUBIIIALIAS - NEW ZEALAND CABLfc ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, Ist August. The Appeal Court at Dublin granted writs pf habeas corpus in the case of two internees.
Mr. O'Higgins, speaking >i the Dail Eireann before the judgment was delivered, said that if the Court allowed the writs it would mean the release 'of 10,000 to. 12#OO persons in military custody, and it might be necessary for the Executive to have legal authority by to-morrow morning for the retention of prisoners.
