in the Dominions, is that Mr. Baldwin should speak frankly and fearlessly." The "Daily Chronicle" says : "France is being asked to agree to the publication of the inter-Allied correspondence. If she refuses, Mr. Baldwin will probably publish the British documents." The "Daily Express" comments: "Britain must send some sort of reply to Germany, but we understand that the reply which has been drafted is useless in view of the French attitude."
