DOCKERS' STRIKE DELAYS ROTORUA. The New Zealand Shipping Co. has received cable advice that the liner Rotorua has been delayed at London by the dockers' strike. She is now to leave London on the 13th August for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin

A further wireless message has been received l>y the Federal Llna from the steamer Kosmo en route from New York, stating that vessel is still being delayed by heavy weather, and will now reach Auckland late to-night. The Kosmo will put out part cargo at Auckland, and will 1 then come on to Wellington.

LOADING FOR NEW ZEALAND. The steamer West Islip has replaced Hie Vinita on the San Francisco loading 'berth for New Zealand. She i 3 to leave San Francisco on the 27th August' and Loa Angeles oh the 3flth August for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Australian ports. The vessel is due »t Auckland 'about the 25th September.

PERSONAL. Captain A. E. Stewart, who has been in temporary command of the Kaiwarra, has taken command of the Kurow at Auckland, ■vice Captain J. Flynn. Captain G. B. Morgan, -who has been ashore on sick leave, has resumed command of the Kini, -vice Captain Ross Clark. Mr. Clark is to rejoin the Wahine as chief officer, relieving Mr. T. H. Bowling.
