SOCCER FOOTBALL
TO-MOBROW'S GAME ON BASIN
RESERVE.
The Basin Heserve not being required by the Hockey Association to-morrow, the Wellington Football Association has decided to play the Waterside v. Thistle match there. The keenest rivalry exists between these two teams and their supporters, and the meeting is creating a great amount of interest. The Thistle team will have the services of W. Brownlee, recently with the New Zealand team in Australia. In view of the coming Brown Shield match against Auckland, players will give of their best, and supporters are assured of a firstclass exposition of the code. The cur-tain-raiser will be played at 1.15 p.m., Seatoun and Island Bay fourth division teams, and as both teams are unbeaten, a keen game is anticipated.
