WANGANUI, This Day. The firs I soction of the Teroti-Opunake railway line, to Kapuni, a distance of seven miles and a half, was sufficiently advanced in construction to enable the Railway Department to inaugurate a goods service. It will be some time before, the line is completed and handed over for passenger traffic.
