LONDON, Ist August. A White Paper shows the financial relationship between Britain and the Irish Free Stute. Britain owes the Free State £6,035*000, and the Free State owes Britaiu £6,842,000. The value of properly transferred to the Free State is £4.774J--000., which includes £2,621.000 in War Department property. The actual amount payable in respect to the transferred property is still unsettled.
