Lord Ronaldshay, late Governor of Bengal, is chairman, and the committee includes Sir William Acworth, Sir Frederick Lugard, Sir William Mercer, Sir James Stevenson, Sir Edwin Stockton, Messrs. John C. Davidson and Charles E. Gunther.
