MONEY FOR THE "TOTE."
Mr. G. Witty (Riccarton) has given notice to ask the Postmaster-General whether he will repeal the irksome regulations which prevent persons telegraphing investments to racecourses on race days. "At present the Government is losing a large amount of revenue which could be obtained from this source/ says Mr. Witty.
