Line steamer Port Chalmers, en route from London, the vessel is encountering heavy weather, and now is to arrive' at Lyttelton at midnight on Saturday. PERSONAL. Captain J. F. S. Brown is to take command of the Waihemo at New Plymouth, vice Captain W. P. Collins. THE TUTANEKAI. A message was received yesterday from Captain Bollons, of the Government steamer Tutanekai, stating that a landing had been effected at the Nugget Point' lighthouse. The vessel, which, was to arrive at Bluff last evening, is to leave there to-morrow for the Sounds and West Coast lighthouses.
