DUNEDIN, 17th July. At a meeting of tKe Otago University Council . yesterday, the resignation of Professor Rawsoii, Dean of the Facility of Home Science, was accepted, and appreciation was expressed of .her good work. :
The resignation of Dr. Cameron, as Chancellor, .was before the council, and a resolution was unanimously adopted expressing the view .that it would'be a grievous loss if.he relinquished his'position, and requesting him: to withdraw his resignation and accept : leave of'absence: ,- •■
