■.-.'• PARIS, 16th July. Sir James Allen, in a- speech at the L? Quesnoy Memorial ceremony, paid a tribute to the glory of the. fallen heroes, and dwelt on the' necessity of strengthening Anglo-French friendship. He deposited wreaths on behalf of the Government and people of New Zealand.
