The amateur billiards championship ■was continued last evening. Prew (Post Office Pastimes' Club) had a fairly comfortable win over Moore of the same club. Early, in the game Prew gained a sood lead. and. amonsr the breaks' registered by him before Teaching his points were 37, 33, ■ and 28. Carraii' (Police Club) was defeated by Munro (Returned Soldiers' Club), who seenred a good lead early m the game. In the latter stages of the. came both players scored fairly evenly, but Munro maintained his lead. The winner's best break was 31. The'games to be played to-ni(rht areStone v Gilberd, and Divyer v. Petley.
